· 英國倫敦大學研究團隊發表在【柳葉刀·健康長壽】上的一項研究表明:睡眠不足的人,即使堅持運動,整體認知功能也會下降得更快。
· UCL流行病學和衛生保健研究所Mikaela Bloomberg博士表示,光靠規律運動可能無法完全抵消睡眠不足對認知健康的影響,要想充分獲得運動帶來的益處,還需以充足的睡眠為前提。
