不吃晚飯減肥的人,後來都瘦了嗎?

晚餐不能不吃,也不能過度吃。 那麽晚餐到底應該怎麽吃呢?

根據【中國居民膳食指南】 [7] 推薦, 一日三餐的能量占比應該為3:4:3,晚餐吃個七分飽就夠了 ,吃太飽反而適得其反。

在吃晚飯的時間上,也不能太晚。吃的太晚可能會導致糖尿病、胃癌等疾病。此外,應盡可能在晚餐4小時後入睡 ,盡可能給胃充足的時間來充分消化食物。

至於晚餐吃什麽,可以根據白天的飲食來查漏補缺,如果白天已經攝入足夠的肉蛋奶等蛋白食品,晚餐可以以綠色蔬菜為主,主食則以雜糧米飯或者面食為主。

切記一定要少油少鹽!

最後,吃完晚飯後還可以出去散步走一走,可以幫助胃更好的消化食物。
