01 風土獨奏,匠心釀造

在這片山河偏愛的賀蘭山東麓,藏著不被人為雕琢的天然靈氣。賀蘭山地處海拔1178米,沐浴著北緯38°的陽光雨露,日照溫差大,年降雨量少,有著奔流不息的黃河灌溉。

不僅如此,粗糲的礫石土是葡萄藤一生追尋的土壤,通氣性好、透水性強,土層結構豐富多樣。在自然的栽培下,每一顆葡萄不緊不慢地充分累積風味,凝聚著獨一無二的山河滋養。

由賀蘭山與黃河水共同蘊育的佳作——釀酒葡萄,每一顆都披著自然之手精工細作的彩色外衣,在園藝師們的照料下,等待著與風雅酒客一期一會的相遇。

美賀莊園遵循自然的規律,掌握風土的密碼,在十二個月的鬥轉星移中,在十二時辰的漫長守望中,在十二音律的風土獨奏中,將四季之中的風物收集,相見相歡,釀造出承載春夏秋冬的垂範之作——家族典藏1968幹紅葡萄酒2021年份。如果說葡萄酒是瓶中樂曲,那它便是中國葡萄酒黃鐘大呂的風土獨奏,在十二佳釀中,致敬創始,銘刻時光。

家族典藏1968幹紅葡萄酒2020年份酒評

Rich black cherries, black olives, wafer and hints of mint chocolate and dark spices. This follows through to a full-bodied palate that is rounded by plenty of firm yet dusty tannins. Structured, dense and spicy with a flavorful and long finish. Well-done, even though a little more juiciness would help. 100% cabernet sauvignon. Tight now, drink from 2024.

*家族典藏1968幹紅葡萄酒2020年份酒評

Chateau Mihope's 2020 1968 Family Limited Edition Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and has a very deep purple appearance (the "1968" refers to when the Midea Group, which founded Mihope, was formed). On the nose, this new release has abundant and super-ripe cassis and black cherry with some sweet mint pyrazine and complex notes of new oak (vanilla, clove, toast, smoke). On the palate, it is very youthful. This is full-bodied with ripe, fine-grained and coating tannins, supporting acidity and relatively well-integrated 14.5% alcohol. It’s a big, structured wine holding a core of ripe Cabernet fruit and well-integrated oak. With its long length, this is clearly a high-quality wine that is best approached from 2023 and which will easily age well in bottle over the next 8 or so years.

Deep black olives, black beans, iodine to the blackberries and dark cherries. Some vanilla, green pepper and a balsamic edge, too. Dense and full-bodied, with very smooth, fine-grained tannins that form a tight frame of structure. Concentrated and polished, with a fine, chocolaty finish. Ambitious and well-made, but slightly heavy. 62% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot and 8% syrah. Drink after 2023.

Mihope’s 2020 Limited Edition Dry Red is a blend of 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 8% Syrah. For comparison’s sake and to avoid confusion, this should be compared—in terms of range—with the 2019 Art Limited Edition Red, as "Limited Edition Dry Red" is now the new name for this wine. The 2020 Limited Edition Dry Red is a very deep ruby in appearance. On the nose, there is plenty of ripe cassis, bramble, mulberry, black cherry and black plum fruit with some sweet mint pyrazine and pronounced new-oak notes of vanilla, clove, toast and smoke (the 2020 saw 15 months' maturation in small-format oak, 76% of which was new). On the palate, it is very full-bodied with coating, chewy tannins, some lifting acidity and well-integrated 14.5% alcohol providing the structure for an impressive core of ripe dark fruit and toasty oak. Youthful in feel, this is nonetheless approachable now (with decanting), and some impressive blending has gone into producing this wine in the more challenging 2020 vintage. In quality terms, this is on par with the 2019 Limited Edition Dry Red but can be differentiated in vintage terms by blend and also that slightly less sweet-fruited character (compared with 2019). With its longer length, it will be interesting to see how the 2020 develops in bottle over the next 5-7 years and perhaps beyond.

香氣以赤霞珠為主,充滿了黑色漿果味,除此之外也能聞到一絲香料味來自8%的西拉,另外還有濃郁的來自橡木桶培養的香草、丁香這樣的比較復雜的風味。這款酒入口馬上可以感到它的赤霞珠是非常新鮮有活力的,入口有非常順口光滑的單寧感,然後有一點有活力的酸出現了,讓你流口水。這款酒讓我想起來可以搭配寧夏當地的灘羊,余味帶著更多的香料味,其實雖然這款酒只有8%的西拉,我個人認為還是有不少西拉的特點,比較柔和,很容易接受。而且我到現在都能嘗到這款酒的風味,所以它的余味悠長。

04 珍藏好酒,珍藏好久

時間摻雜著美酒,訴說歲月未逝,一顆葡萄,一方山河,美賀莊園臨摹著時光的模樣,釀造一瓶值得珍藏好久的好酒——珍藏幹紅葡萄酒2020。這一瓶天地人和共釀的美酒,歷經歲月的窖藏,用時間沈澱出的風味,亦如人生,歲月洗禮後的醇香。

Compact, full-bodied palate with fine-grained tannins and fleshy black cherries. 73% cabernet sauvignon and 27% merlot. Drink from 2024.

Mihope has done an extensive overhaul of its portfolio of wines in terms of naming, and this wine should be compared with the previously named HE Red in terms of nominal level. Mihope’s 2020 Reserve Red is a blend of 73% Cabernet Sauvignon and 27% Merlot and has a deep ruby appearance. On the nose, there is ripe, sweet and savory dark fruit—cassis, bramble, black cherry, black plum—with some leafy herbaceous character and marked new-oak notes of clove, toast and smoke (the 2020 Reserve Red spent 15 months in small-format oak, 43% of which was new). On the palate, the 2020 is full-bodied with coating, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and relatively well-integrated 15.5% alcohol providing the platform for some ripe dark fruit and savory new oak. While 2020 was a more challenging vintage in Ningxia, there has clearly been a thorough selection both of fruit and by barrel to achieve this quality. With its longer, if not very long length, the 2020 Reserve Red is already approachable, but it will also improve in bottle over the next 3-5 years.

夏天在舌尖雀躍,清爽的風味縈繞在唇齒間,唱頌夢為韻腳的夏天。在2023年夏天,美賀莊園上新了幹白葡萄酒系列,其中包括維歐尼幹白葡萄酒、雷司令幹白葡萄酒、霞多麗幹白葡萄酒、混釀幹白葡萄酒,在酒中沈浸式入夏,呼吸之間,夏日清香,那是讓時光都慢了下來的味道。
